Franco Shade "Quitters Never Lose" Tee

Here's a brand I just discovered on Hypebeast. Seems like they've been on the scene for quite a while. Funny how they bitch about how the big blogs "in the scene" seem to forget about them :p They needn't worry, I like their stuff so imma blog about them all I want (although I wouldn't call BE an "in the scene" blog).

Go here to read their blog btw.

This is the mint colourway of their hit tee-shirt that everyone wanted when it dropped. So they're dropping it again sometime next week, how nice of them.

These guys have some seriously good stuff. Nice, simple designs and good colour choice. Check out their Franco Shade website for their catalogue, shop and blog.

Thanks to Hypebeast for the heads-up

Reebok x Play-doh

Check this out:

Haha, yes, "by Reebok". Wow, do I wanna be a kid right now.

Taking customisation into a whole new demographic, toy giants Hasbro has teamed up with Reebok to come up with these colourful kiddie kicks creations for toddlers aged 1-3. The sneakers feature gel cushioning to support little kiddie feet, and easy-close Velcro fasteners. But that's not all, the shoes will come with two cans of Play-doh (of course!) all for a kiddie price of USD$30 (not that kids really care). The shoes will come in a variety of colours and styles and is probably only available at Sears and Foot Locker for Kids in the US at the moment.

Don't you sometimes wish you had never grown up?

Kanye West x Bapesta

You may have seen these shoes designed for Kanye West earlier on in the year, and now, word is that they are actually going to be released. Kanye West and Bape's collaberation Bapestas will be released on 2 January 2007 at Bapexclusive, Bape stores and Apee stores. For the Kanye West fans (of which I am one), this is one shoe that you must have. As you can see, Kanye's College Dropout bear's head features on the back panel.

Also, more pictures of the metallic Bapestas posted about not long ago. They are certainly shaping up to be a set of very conspicuous shoes.. :p Not that there's anything wrong with that~

ADIDAS x Fafi 2007 Collection

Here are some sweet kicks and tops for the ladies. Sorry for the downtime btw, the other guys here who were usually lazy bums are now lazy bums on holiday.

You could check out Sneakers.fr for more info, but it's all in French... so... probably not huh? All it says really is:

L'artiste Fafi a déjà travaillé avec Adidas cette année et la collaboration semble durer. Voici quelques photos de la ligne Adidas x Fafi prévue pour l'an prochain

"The artisit, Fafi, has already worked with Adidas this year and the collaberation seems to go on. Here are some photos of the Adidas x Fafi line preview for next year."

Check up on these for next year. They look pretty cool ;)

Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66 Bento Box

Now here's a cool little idea:

These kicks were made to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the cult Mexico 66, which were worn during the ‘68 Mexico Olympics. The anniversary logo is embroidered on the upper of the shoe and includes items such as a cleaning kit, socks, and a copy of Yutaka Yamamoto’s ace The True Story Of Onitsuka Tiger book.

You can get your hands on a pair of special Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66 by heading over to Crooked Tongues and entering their competition.

Scrumptious.
