I was just about to post this entry on slamxhype but somehow I couldn't log on to admin. So it seems like I'll just post it here for the time being.
Anyway... Nike Air Woven Footscape launch. A nice event for quite a day: 9/11. Location: The Hideout store on Soho. Nothing much to say about the launch other than the fact that there was a long queue and people knew exactly what they were there for. Oh yeah... and plenty of straws.
The first time I saw the Nike Wovens, I was just relieved. It is nice of Nike to come up with a new fresh look. I must admit that these shoes do give that special natural look on your feet. It has a lively animal feeling to it and at the same time, it has versatility. Some have said it to be more vintage/mature and is quite a step away from the sporty-orientated designs that Nike usually comes up with. Hmmm..... these shoes somehow remind me of HF. If all goes well with finances, I might get my hands on these fluffy beast!!
