Puma 96 hours Clydes

People should have noticed by now the rise of the simply imfamous Puma Clyde. But Puma have upped the ante yet again with this one. They've put the Clyde through their 96 Hours department which has given birth to this shoe which can only be described classy. 96 Hours is a sub-brand of Puma under the creative leadership of Neil Barrett.

Neil Barrett was appointed creative director of Italia Collections at Puma in 2003, and enjoys success having actors such as Jake Gyllenhaal, Orlando Bloom and Brad Pitt rely on him for what to wear to their oh-so-important premieres and the such. Kinda like a mother who actually has some dress-sense and... is male...

Anyways, the 96 Hours "philosophy" is outlined in the Puma 96 Hours website:

Innovative, urban and versatile, 96 Hours accomodates the on-the-go lifestyle of today's style conscious. The collection is sophisticated, contemporary and founded in authentic sport. Sport lives within our daily life, solutions for active challenges in 96 hours.

Each pair is made by hand by the top craftsmen at Puma using the best quality materials available. And I must say, it certainly is a very stylish and sleek pair of sneakers. Check out the Puma 96 Hours site for more footwear and apparel. Some of the stuff there actually blows my mind. Check up on these 96 Hours Clydes, they should be set to drop early next year.
