Take a look at these. I had no idea why they were on
Cool Hunting for ages until I made the connection between the words "USB Hub" and plastic food.


The plates of food are actually glorified USB hubs and the USB ports are hidden somewhere in the plastic mess. The plate of spaghetti cleverly hides the port at the tip of the fork while the plate of tomato-rice, deep-fried shrimp and hamburger with mystery sauce is actually a 4-port USB hub. Cool? Or just plain weird...??

Apparently, there are tonnes of these things in Japan being made by a design company called Solid Alliance. They also have
card holders that look like raw shabu-shabu, and a surprisingly delectable collection
sushi USB flashdrives.
